What You Will Do

As the Senior Manager for Field Systems Sales Operations, you will lead a team responsible for a range of sales operations and channel administration activities to support the Field Systems business.

You will work closely with the Field Systems business and their sales teams to support day to day sales and dealer activities around ordering and fulfillment.

• Lead a global Field Systems Sales Operations team responsible for providing timely day to day support to sales and dealer for orders, especially non standard orders.

• Work with both the Field Systems Sales Operations team and key stakeholders to lead the development and implementation of processes that drive efficiency for sales and dealers and ensure timely delivery of accurate clear information

• Support the Field Systems Channel Enablement team with channel administration

• Participate in the development of tools, processes, checklists or similar to support the effective management of sales and dealer data - including but not limited to:

• onboarding and offboarding of dealers.

• management of incentives associated with partner performance programs.

• development and upkeep of a sales enablement site.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Strong leadership skills with an ability to lead through influencing key stakeholders

• A desire to drive new efficient and scalable processes combined with an open minded approach towards always doing it better

• Curiosity and listening skills with an ability to manage multiple inputs and opinions

• Motivated with an ability to handle ambiguity and maintain a positive mindset

• Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as SalesForce and DOMO

• Systems and process mindset with a solid ability to participate in the development of structured programs, metrics and methodologies
