Field Support Technician

Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues. Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to medical devices and IT infrastructure. Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of systems and applications.

Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions and improve service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation of service requests and resolutions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
