Job description: The Ribbon Business Systems Sr.

Tech Specialist will act as the primary interface between the Information Services team and the Professional Services, Inventory, purchasing, receivable, payable, CPQ, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay business users to collaborate on Oracle R12 support, application improvements and project initiatives. Interact with the Information Services teams to develop solutions based on the community's requirements. Utilize understanding of Service Contract flows and how they intersect with Entitlement Checks, Install Base, Cost Capture, and Billing.

Perform Sales Force and CPQ integrations. Gather/Interpret reporting requirements, working with the OBIEE development resources to deliver a robust platform to enable end user report creation. Work with Ribbon business teams to deploy best practice of business process in Oracle R12 and other associated systems in the delivery of Service Contracts at Ribbon Communications.

Lead the development and delivery of "Key User" training programs and other ERP competency initiatives. Coordinate with business application manager, Key users, and IS support teams to effectively support Oracle R12 application. General Applications support managing the Change Request pipeline.

Remote/telecommute position Job Requirements: Position requires: Bachelor degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Must have experience in the following skills: 1. Experience with Oracle EBS Service Contract, Install Base, and Order Management modules. 2. Experience with the flow of Orders and Service Contracts from Opportunity, Quote, Entry, and Entitlement. 3.

Experience in developing reporting systems. 4. Experience working closely with business partners gathering business requirements and guiding technical decisions. 5. Experience in the telecom manufacturing industry. 6.

Experience with the full lifecycle of application development. 7. Experience with Service Contracts and Install Base are used for entitlement tracking. 8. Experience with OBIEE reports (or equivalent tool set) and forms development. 9. Experience with SQL/PLSQL and database.
