Your responsibilities

Perform field supervisory functions for the tk IS location in Milwaukee, WI. The successful candidate should have prior experience supervising field repair and construction activities in a Cement, Paper, or Mineral processing environment. Knowledge of rotary kilns or horizontal grinding mills is highly desirable. The position involves the organizing, directing, evaluating and controlling of field repair activities in accordance with company and customer expectations, plans, specifications, schedules, and budget. Duties and

  • Supervise Field Crew/Welding personnel performing Field Repair work.

  • Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained.

  • Interact and work closely with customers, contractors, engineers, and project managers to achieve customer expectations and goals.

  • Perform workplace inspections.

  • Assist Sales staff with service proposal work.

  • Plan and coordinate the scope of work and duration of service projects.

  • Provide detailed instructions to Field support personnel including equipment and supplies required for upcoming Field Repair projects.

  • Coordinate and schedule services required for Field Repair projects (for example, crane services, rental equipment, welding consumables and gasses).

  • Work overtime and weekends as required by project schedules.

  • Travel 70%

Your profile

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Mechanical or process engineering degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Supervisory experience in a construction environment ideally in cement, paper, or mining.

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical equipment drawings.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Dedication to safe and environmentally compliant work.

  • Knowledge of MSHA regulations.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

  • Able to show initiative and decisiveness.

  • Work well within a team environment.

The Desktop Support Analyst (Technician) will be responsible for performing various managed client services for a strategic customer. Role Responsibilities * Responds to customer technical problems/issues related to hardware, software and networking via e-mail/chat and phone * Assists customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and service issues. * Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts * Advises/educates customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions * Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to NTT Data standards. * Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution * Assumes complete ownership of customer issue until resolved involving multiple inbound and outbound communications.
