Enjoy is founded and led by Ron Johnson, former head of Apple Retail. Alongside is an executive team from leading retail, technology, and design organizations such as Apple, Facebook, and Amazon.
Our Field Service Lead will have a deep understanding of the key priorities of the business by working in-field with each market and dive deep with leaders into the reports and insights. You will also leverage data to recognize and analyze problems and opportunities in the Field, then consult and offer suggestions around best practices to HQ and Field leaders.
Gather and analyze areas of success and opportunities within our Field organization through in Field Experience and Data analysis
Partner with key stakeholders to develop processes that solve issues discovered as well as processes that cultivate successful practices across the organization
Evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives through in-Field experience and data analysis
Clearly communicate key learnings and action plans with core stakeholders across all Departments
Provide local support for the launch of high-profile initiatives, pilots, or other priority projects
Assist in the prioritization of projects and initiatives that impact our Field teams
3-5 years of experience in leading successful teams in retail or sales organizations
Strong written communication skills
Skilled in root cause analysis
Ability to develop strong relationships and gain buy-in from both Field and HQ
Great listening and observation skills
Effective presentation skills
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Must be able to travel up to 60%
Willingness to have an open mind and roll up sleeves
Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies a plus
