World Vision is looking for a Field Services Delivery Manager

You will work to manage field to product service deliverables while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness to World Vision sponsors. Facilitate timely, accurate and effective communications between World Vision US, National Offices, the Global Center and sponsors. Influence the field-to-product marketing value chain by ensuring designated work portfolios achieve set outcomes, improving the field to donor experience and positively influencing the retention rates of sponsors. Help carry out our Christian organization's mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, devotions, chapel, prayer, worship); incorporate WV Core Values into decisions within scope of role.

  • Manage sponsorship operational activities for assigned region, monitoring compliance with approved Partnership standards and metrics designed to improve the donor experience. Escalate issues when necessary.

  • Manage Gift Notifications process, which includes tracking, monitoring, issue resolution and budget reconciliation.

  • Work with Field Offices to ensure the number of Registered Children within the assigned region aligns with levels agreed to by IPG, Global Center and National Offices to support marketing campaigns.

  • Approve and provide input into the design and content of child to donor communications based on Partnership Guidance, including but not limited to Annual Progress Reports, Christmas Cards, and Child Expression worksheets.

  • Respond to donor inquiries, including requests about donor visits, in a timely manner ensuring donor facing teams have complete and detailed resolution.

  • Engagement with Marketing Stakeholders:

  • Provide ongoing visibility and transparency into field/country level crisis situations that impact sponsorship field operations and donor communications. May make recommendations for temporary suspension of acquisitions.

  • Identify sensitive issues that may impact child protection and or risk to the organization, consulting with legal and risk management team on appropriate course of action.

  • Represent sponsorship operational (field to Support Office) expertise to marketing and WVI in committees/forum/s projects that impact value stream/donor experience.

  • Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as a member of a team.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Maintain awareness of corporate goals, objectives, organizational announcements, and activities. Reference and follow organizational policies and procedures, seeking clarity as needed.

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (eight years) work experience. In addition to education or education equivalent, requires work experience in communications or related field; 5 years. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

MUST SPEAK, READ & WRITE VIETNAMESE * Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Provide direct services assigned KWA Social Services Manager to include service in basic food outreach, meal sites, naturalization, state & federal medical insurance; * Assigns volunteers to specific duties and works together with other social staff; * Coordinates and/or works with KWA staff, volunteers and participants to plan activities and special events to enhance services; * Refers individuals to various help agencies as required; * Participates in recruitment, selection, orientation, recognition, retention and dismissal of staff and/or volunteers; * Coordinates and/or conducts required training for staff and volunteers; * Collects and enters data for state, federal and other funding programs and/or contracts; * Maintains records needed to compile required weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and submits reports to KWA, federal, state, county, contract and any other department or office as required; * Supports activities & reporting requirements of basic food outreach employees; * Attend all meetings and trainings as required; * Represent KWA internally and externally when involving community events; and * Conducts community presentations on social services issues as needed. * Position Requirements and Qualifications * MUST SPEAK, READ & WRITE VIETNAMESE * Must possess a valid Washington driver's license; * Must pass criminal history and reference checks; * Bilingual, English-other foreign language as needed; * Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, time management & organizational skills; * Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others; * Ability to maintain confidentiality; * Proficient in MS Office Suite, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, WORD, etc.; * Ability to be flexible and perform work under time pressure; * Ability to work with people of diversity; and * Must have knowledge and experience in general business management & supervision. * Educational Level Bachelor Degree in Social Work or a related field and two years of paid social services experience; or Bachelor Degree in unrelated field and four years of paid social services experience; or Associates Degree in related field, four years of paid social services experience. 3.2 Experience Minimum 2 years of paid social services experience.
