Job Description

Field Services Technician

1. Field Service Technician

Provide Bolting Services to customers as assigned

Follow all Aztec Procedures for Bolting Services

Adhere to all Safety Policies

Maintain Current Safety and Training Documents

Interact with Customers as Needed

Complete all necessary Paperwork for each job, including but not limited to:

o Job Safety Actions

o Timesheets

o Vehicle Inspection

Complete Timesheets accurately and in a timely manner

Complete In-house and/or On-site Training as Requested

Other Duties as Assigned

2. Calibration Technician

Adjustment and Calibration of Torque Tools and Gauges according to Aztec Bolting Services ISO procedures

Complete Shop Work Expectations/ Assigned Work in a Timely Manner

o Adhere to the Daily sheet for responsibilities

Strict Adherence to Document Control Procedures

Responsible for insuring accuracy of all equipment

Duty to report any non-compliance observed

Completing Tool Repairs/ Calibrations in a Timely Manner

Regularly Follow-up on tools Awaiting Completion

Ability to analyze and interpret data to complete calibration procedures

Assist with cleaning, servicing, and repairs of all Aztec Bolting Services owned equipment that has been returned from rental or used by service personnel.

Keep the common areas of the shop clean and organized. All equipment should be in its appropriate area and you should know the status of all equipment in your work area.

Special Requirements

24/7 Call Out responsibilities

o Commitment to Respond to Call outs as quickly as possible

Current CBT Certification

Demonstrated technical, verbal, organization skills, and mechanical aptitude

Demonstrated knowledge of torque/tension tooling and tooling services

Demonstrated customer services skills

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. regularly to perform job duties

Background check required

Meet DOT Drug Testing Requirements

Valid Drivers License

Ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule as needed, proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required.

HCSG has a custom, state of the art training program! POSITION SUMMARY: * The Manager in Training (MIT) is able to learn to perform and often performs the job assignments of the light housekeeper, heavy housekeeper, laundry worker and personal clothing worker and, as such, is able to operate, and teach others how to operate, a variety of industrial cleaning and laundry equipment. * The Manager in Training may perform and lead small groups of line staff in cleaning and laundry activities on varying shifts as needed. * The Manager in Training must be able to quickly learn policies and procedures, and federal/state requirements such that they may assume the responsibility of and manage and supervise the Environmental Services, laundry and floor care staff at a single site. * The MIT must be able to learn to effectively handle managerial responsibilities as well, including but not limited to; payroll submission; staffing patterns; effective coaching and discipline; purchasing and budgeting. * The Manager in Training may assist in training, quality control and in-servicing of staff. * The Manager in Training must remain professional at all times and help ensure that line staff do the same. * All other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: * A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. * Two years' experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired. * Basic computer skills preferred. * Must be able to fully understand and complete all In-Services. * Must be able to be at work on time. * Ability to follow oral and written instructions. * Ability to understand and place into action basic infection control procedures. * The ability to handle and mix chemicals safely and properly. * Ability to work all shifts as needed. * Knowledge of Environmental Services, laundry and floor care program requirements. * Knowledge of and ability to use all department equipment. * Ability to maintain records and complete reports as required. * Written and oral communication and teaching skills. * Skill in using public relations techniques (diffusing situations) to promote the Environmental Services, laundry and floor care program to client and residents. * Ability to interact positively with residents, client and other personnel and the public. Additional Requirements: * Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of time. * Must be able to work around food and cleaning products. * Must live in service area. No relocation costs.
