Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and much more The Field Service Technician will perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work. Scope of work can include, but is not limited to roofing, gutters, and siding. The successful Field Service Technician can adapt to a variety of work environments and quickly solve problems.

Responsibilities: Perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work. Scope of work can include, but is not limited to roofing, gutters, and siding. Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.

Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after projects.

Create a production and installation plan and review it with customer. Prepare and collect required paperwork upon completion of the project.

Look for other necessary repairs, (i.e., gutters, windows, roof, siding etc.). Provide thorough documentation of conditions and findings in writing, photos, and videos. Follow all safety procedures. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 3 years of residential/commercial experience as a Field Service Technician (roofing/siding/gutters/windows). Physically able to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work in various weather conditions. Comfortable working from heights and on multiple pitches of roofing.

Proficient knowledge of installation techniques. Must have valid driver's license, and clean driving record. Must possess knowledge of basic tools.

Present yourself in a professional manner, a good listener and communicator with customers & staff. Communication: Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions. Dependability: Completes tasks on time; Follows instructions, responds to management direction.

Fulfill responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. MS Office Proficiency. Must be dependable, maintain regular attendance and be punctual.
