Field Service Technician job details include:

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000/yr.

Schedule: Varies, travel 50% of the time

• Employee should expect to work and travel independently, follow all policies, and work with specific types of Toshiba s products.

• Maintain profitability by submitting thorough and detailed reports and expenses in a timely manner.

• Understand and adhere to the scope of work assigned. Employees key responsibilities focus on Toshibas standard products.

• Responsible for reports, requests, and documentation regarding company's standard products.

• Possess product knowledge to provide technical support on Toshiba`s standard products.

• Be skilled in trouble shooting and repair of company`s standard products.

• Perform startup and commissioning on Toshiba s standard products.

• Employee must be able to complete product inspections on company's simple nonstandard products.

• Employee must be able to travel Domestic and International.

Qualifications: Must have an associate or bachelor's degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering/ Technology or similar theory. Bachelor's degree preferred. Two to six years of experience as a Field Service Technician with 2 phase or 3 Phase/ experience with electronic drives/ experience with uninterrupted source power (UPS).
