Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an Assembly Technician in our West Chester, OH location. In this role you will have the opportunity to work as a member of our plant production team in building complex Engineered-to-Order solutions.

What do you get to do in this position? Assists in the design and fabrication of prototypes, products and product enhancements.

Inspects materials, parts and/or complete electrical/mechanical switchboards for conformance with Schneider Electric and industry procedures, specifications and quality standards. Conducts testing of prototypes, finished product, parts, units, or processes to ensure quality standards are met. Evaluates and initiates resolution of non-conformance of material and/or product.

Interprets and assists with implementation of Engineering Change Notices. Maintains and troubleshoots testing and/or production equipment for various departments within facility. Adjusts and calibrates test and production equipment.

Assists with new product documentation and introduction. Trains and provides feedback to other members of department and facility on technical and quality matters. Completes special projects and tests as necessary. Qualifications

    This job might be for you if: You have at least a high school diploma. You have experience with complex wiring assemblies for power distribution equipment.
