The successful candidate will be an integral part of our service team, responsible for servicing, repairing, maintaining, and installing our sophisticated equipment at various customer sites. This role will provide the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. MUST HAVES: 2 years of crane experience OR must be VERY strong with electrical (PLC’s / VFD) Electro-mechanical aptitude (troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs) Comfortable servicing a 3 hour radius Responsibilities: 1.

Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks at customer sites. 2. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions. 3.

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. 4. Produce timely and detailed service reports. 5. Document processes and maintain records of service calls, customer complaints, and actions taken. 6.

Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization. 7. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings. 8. Build positive relationships with customers, applying excellent customer care skills. 9.

Follow all company’s procedures and protocols. 10.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Qualifications: 1.

Proven experience as a Field Service Technician with a minimum of 2 years in troubleshooting and maintenance. 2. Technical degree or certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or relevant field. 3. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. 4.

Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. 5. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work assignments. 6. Familiarity with mobile tools and applications. 7.

Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment. 8. Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules. 9. Valid driver's license. 10.
