This position will be based in Northern California

  • 2 minutes from the Oregon border

Position Description:

  • We are looking for an outstanding individual to be part of a fun, dynamic team responsible for installing and maintaining hardware and software on slot machines & cash kiosks that interact with customers to provide first class customer service.

  • Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.

  • Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.

  • Responsible for helping diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures.

  • Has knowledge base of all hardware, software, game platforms, networking solutions, including company procedures and expectations.

  • Responsible for helping determine and define daily objectives for site specific product installations, maintenance, and customer support.

  • Serves as a technical support uplink for customers and Everi technicians.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Vocational, Technical or Business School preferred.

  • Candidates must have 3 - 5 years actual on the job experience in a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Word and Excel.

  • Candidates must be extremely comfortable and friendly dealing with customers and other staff members. Candidates with Trouble-shooting skills preferred.

  • Full-time / 40+ hours per week. Must be flexible for overtime, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

  • Must be able to work at assigned location to enable direct communications and interactions with team members, management and others as necessary, unless traveling for a business-related purpose. Bending, reaching, twisting, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods during the workday.

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a high-stress, fast-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, paying attention to detail and meeting assigned deadlines.

  • Demonstrates high integrity, trust and strict confidentiality.

  • Ability to maintain excellent communication and a positive, respectful and professional attitude and relationship with clients, employees, peers, co-workers, all levels of management, and all outside organizations conducting business or otherwise interacting with Everi.

  • Ability to adapt to a work environment in which processes, performance standards, goals, and budget requirements change with the fluidity of an ever-evolving business.

  • Military experience will be considered.
