Field Service Technician

Job Description gpac is partnered with a well-established, family-owned and operated Industrial Machinery and equipment company in search of a highly skilled and experienced Field Service technician . Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose Construction equipment and Crushing/screening Equipment for needed repairs and perform designated repairs on customer or company-owned machines as directed. Repairs are made on, but not limited to Liebherr ,(Primary Manufacturer) Roadtec, Gomaco, Manitowoc, Grove, and other various brands of equipment. Technician skills include but are not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of construction, mining, paving, and lifting equipment.

Preventive maintenance and general machine up-keep. Detection of faults using diagnostic laptop computers, gauges, and instruments in all machine systems: electronics, hydraulics, power train, engines, and general machine performance is expected. Occasional operation of a machine in the determination of repair, or repair assessment may occur.

Disassemble and assemble machines and components to the manufacturer's specifications using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and any specialized tooling provided by the company.
