Currently seeking an experienced Field Service Technician for punch out, service and warranty on impact window and door projects. (Storefront, Residential – tract homes, etc.) The surrounding areas, a company vehicle and tools are provided. For over 40 years, our client is one of the premier distributors and full-service contractors of impact windows and doors in Florida. Ideal candidates should have Windows and Doors Service experience and be familiar with top brands (PGT, Andersen, WinDoor, etc) able to complete a punch out list to turn over to the homeowner and also familiar with warranty service calls. Must be able to troubleshoot onsite and provide solutions. Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a drug screen.

To qualify you must have the following:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid FL driver’s license: must have clean driving record – will access during interview.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
• Minimum 1 year field service experience – service, punch-out, warranty, etc.
• Direct service experience with impact windows and doors, familiar with various manufacturers specs and building codes.
• Experience with Residential and storefronts.
• Experience onsite diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience managing all on-site repair, troubleshoot, maintenance and test tasks.
• Must have strong communication skills and customer service oriented.
• Strong Time management and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with or learn Microsoft 365 Application.
• Ability to lift and carry.
