Successful candidate will be required to travel to customer job sites as scheduled to provide GSI Dealership support to troubleshoot and make necessary minor repairs if required on all GSI branded equipment and product offerings.
Interact daily with GSI Dealers, Dealer Technicians, Contractors, Customers, and internal resources / departments to provide equipment troubleshooting and repair assistance.
Troubleshoot equipment mechanical, electrical, installation opportunities and communicate effectively with Leadership, Sales Team, Technical Service, internal customer service, and engineering to resolve reported equipment form, fit, and functionality opportunities.
Proficient problem solving abilities in order to identify root cause analysis and implement countermeasures to resolve equipment functionality opportunities.
Support the Technical Service team call center, BASLC service center, Dealer Training, and Harvest extended hours as scheduled to provide our Dealers efficient & effective equipment troubleshooting solutions.

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any defective PPE.
Report all near-misses, incidents, injuries, illnesses, including mobile equipment or property damage.
Participation in the site Safety and Health Program.
Qualifications and Experience
3 + years of experience with reading wiring schematics, required
Proficient Microsoft Office - Intermediate experience, required
OSHA 30 Hour course certification, required
Clean driving record and ability to obtain company vehicle usage authorization, required
This position has no direct reports.
The work environment will vary dependent on season, regional location, and equipment support needs.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to climb 200' plus if equipment installations require.
The position will require 75% travel
