Field Service Technician 2,500 Sign On Bonus

The Field Service Technician is a highly skilled Construction Builder capable of taking on accountability for onsite service activities involved with unit placement, service and warranty work. Must have a willingness to travel for position.

• Positioning all building parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled and has a detailed insight and understanding of drawings and supporting documentation.
• Represents Trachte with professionalism and appropriate conduct when providing on-site services, working with the customer, customer representative, subcontractors, or fellow employees.
• Accountable for all travel expense reporting for assigned on-site services.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Troubleshoot and repair any service and/or warranty items.
• Coordinates with site personnel, including but not limited to truck drivers, crane operators, site foreman, etc.

Requirements

• Requires 3+ years construction related experience
• Requires 3+ years of electrical experience.
• Willing to travel a minimum of 50% of the time
• Valid drivers license, with good standing driving record
• Subject to random OSHA safety training, job site training, drug screens and background checks
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service background
• Must be willing to work overtime, as needed
