Field Service Tech II

Job Description Job entails the receiving, asset tagging, imaging of all unclassified PCs for the NH area. Additional responsibilities include, shipping of equipment from site to site as well as Fed-Ex to external addresses.

Data inputting into ServiceNow is a very critical part of this role as well. Required Education, Experience, & Skills HS Diploma with 1-2 years experience. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Working knowledge of Pixi Build services.

Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system and asset management DB. Good working knowledge of MS WIN10 and Office products. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $44000 - $70400 Please note:
