Direct Hire Full-Time Compensation: $72,800- $100,00 DOE /Total Compensation OT and Benefits Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM BBSI has joined forces with a prominent service provider Commercial Dock and Door installation, maintenance, repair, and warehouse equipment servicing. With a robust footprint in Southern California, we are expanding and are on the lookout for a committed Field Service Supervisor to become an integral part of our flourishing team.

The ideal candidate will take charge of overseeing a team of Field Service Technicians, ensuring the seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial doors, loading dock equipment, and material handling systems across the Southwest Region. This role demands a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, and the versatility to work independently or collaboratively within a team. Qualifications Extensive experience with maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial doors and loading dock equipment.

Experience with hydraulic and/or pneumatic maintenance, repair, and service. Experience in welding and steel fabrication. Experience with electrical work.

Experience in hiring, training, developing, and managing a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven, field service environment.

Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
