Field Service Representative Hawaii
Bell is seeking a candidate to support the MV-22 program at MCBH Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. The applicant will provide support in the operation and maintenance of all systems of the V-22 aircraft, to include avionics, electrical, airframe, drive systems, engine controls, hydraulics, flight controls, and fuel systems.
Provide on-site company representation and technical support to military customers, and initiate corrective actions.
Utilize technical expertise and product knowledge to assist the customer to achieve and sustain a high level of proficiency in the operation and maintenance of the MV-22 aircraft by providing on-the-job and classroom maintenance training, and providing logistics and technical assistance to maintainers.
Assist NAVAIR and Bell/Boeing service engineers with developing and implementing corrective actions.
Develop relationships across multiple organizations and with all levels of military customer and company personnel to ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services.
Understand the process of how problems and solutions are reported.
Travel with the squadron to off-site locations. Overseas travel will be required.

Extensive maintenance experience with military and/or commercial rotorcraft systems and FAA A&P certification; OR bachelor's degree in a related field with maintenance experience with military and/or commercial rotorcraft systems is preferred. Candidates with some college may be considered, if additional extensive aircraft maintenance experience with military and/or commercial rotorcraft systems is adequate.
This position requires experience and technical expertise on military aircraft products operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of V-22 aircraft systems, and of naval aircraft maintenance procedures is required.
Experience using TARS, as well as government systems/databases, required.
Personal computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications is required.
Excellent communications skills are required.
Required to obtain and hold a Secret level security clearance.
Prior V-22 aircraft support experience with the US Marines, US Air Force, US Navy, or Bell/Boeing organizations is preferred.
Travel with the squadron to off-site locations is required. International/overseas travel will be required.
