Today, Metro Sales Inc. provides consultative support for technology, products and supply services along with our legacy products. Metro Sales Inc. has an opening for a Field Service Representative to support the Rochester, MN area. Your primary focus will be to troubleshoot and repair hardware equipment while also delivering exceptional customer service.

Metro Sales Inc. will provide the support and training you need to succeed in this role personally and professionally. What You Will Do: Provide on-site technical support for all certified products.

Schedule service calls with clients. Maintain and properly document inventory and required paperwork. Mentor/train technical representatives.

Punctuality is key in service, it is critical to maintain accurate, on-time scheduled appointments. Participate and contribute in product and group meetings. Work the connectivity helpdesk as scheduled.

Handle first and second level connectivity issues, network installs, unable to print, unable to scan, or any other connectivity issues. Assist in leading training classes. Schedule installs and communicates any schedule changes to Sales, Supervisors, and customers.

Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate Ability to communicate ideas clearly in oral communications. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to organize and schedule time effectively. Required Skills: High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Minimum two years field service Participate in the After-Hours Service Program. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products. Must have CompTIA NET or equivalent certifications.

Clean Driving record.
