Come join our team as a Field Service Representative and play a key role in delivering superior in-store customer service! You will excite and engage our consumers by merchandising store shelves and displays above customer expectations. You'll be accountable for ensuring Hillman products are presented with best in class displays to satisfy our customer's needs, attract consumers and drive sales.
Maintains customer stores by ensuring displays are set to plan-o-grams, assessing inventory levels, placing customer orders, down-stocking product, removing defective product, placing POP material, and repairing displays and equipment.
Maintain relationships with accounts to ensure continual customer satisfaction.
Improve and grow sales, secure additional store retail space and through cross-merchandising, end cap placement, etc.
Travels to customer store locations as required, maintaining a consistent call cycle with assigned accounts.
Works with corporate staff to coordinate special projects and programs.
Performs physical work necessary to tear down and/or assemble store displays, including racks and other prescribed display items according to the plan-o-grams.

High school diploma, College courses (preferred), or equivalent work related experience.
Retail or customer service experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Two years field service or merchandising experience preferred, ideally in a large-scale retail environment.
Able to read & execute store plan-o-grams in an efficient manner.
Maintain a valid driver license.
Able to operate a motor vehicle safely and lift 50 pounds.
Able to frequently walk, stand, bend, twist, climb, kneel, see, and otherwise move as necessary to perform essential functions.
