Harvard Pilgrim Health Care is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our organization as a Consumer Sales/Field Rep. The Consumer Sales/Field Rep has responsibility for providing call center support to the consumer sales team during peak volume and interacting with individual market brokers in the field to build relationships and provide education.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Interact with individual market brokers in the field from June/July to October 31st of each year to build and enhance relationships, provide education on HPHC products and processes and assist brokers with resolving complex client enrollment issues.

  • Provide Consumer Sales Call Center support the remainder of the year including quoting and enrolling new HPHC Individual and Medicare membership; facilitating renewal and plan changes; broker support and outbound call campaigns

  • Participate in cross functional teams as an individual market SME when required

  • Act as a resource for testing and development of system enhancements/fixes

  • Other individual market duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and a minimum of 3-5 years progressive health care or sales related experience required, including knowledge of health care delivery economics, benefits and health care industry, business software applications

Project management, strategic thinking, creative problem solving are a must.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Communication, presentation, facilitation, analytical, negotiation skills

It is responsible for the cleaning, processing and quality control of medical equipment and general housekeeping of facility.
