DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Field Service Representative to become part of its Field Service team. The position is remote and open to candidates anywhere in the continental United States. Field Service Representatives handle daily tasks that involve providing and maintaining customer relationships by responding promptly and comprehensively to all inquiries after shipment.
Provide feedback and data on all recurring issues
Maintain a strong focus on customer service with prompt responses to inquiries from the Builders organization
Develop and sustain customer relationships by actively seeking feedback from both external and internal customers to ensure continuous improvement and enhanced performance
Communicate and coordinate technical issues in support of customer needs
Undertake all customer support tasks in external facilities
Perform troubleshooting and work diligently to resolve issues
Generate frequent and analytical service reports
Collaborate with departments to identify root causes and develop solutions that meet customer requirements
Understand customer needs and provide advice or recommendations
Establish trustworthy relationships with customers
Qualifications
A High School diploma or equivalent experience is required
Technical education, certification, or relevant experience is preferred
Applicants must possess knowledge of detailing standards and the ability to interpret blueprints
Candidates are to have PEMB experience in at least two of the following areas:
A minimum of three years in building erection
Experience in drafting or engineering within the PEMB industry
Five years in the PEMB manufacturing industry
Two years in Field Service/Customer Service
Experience in the Metal Building industry is highly desired
Proficiency in PC use, including Excel, Word, and CRM, is necessary
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Availability for periodic travel (10%) for on-site visits is also required

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 to $85,000+ medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
