Field Service Manager

J.P. Kempf is hiring an experienced Service Manager to help lead and grow our team!

Starting Salary of between $70,000 and $85,000 depending on experience!

Requirements

• 2+ Years of Field Service Management Experience (in the HVAC/R industry)
• Ideal would be someone with experience on the commercial/industrial side
• Must be highly customer-care oriented
• Experience with Excel and full Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be proficient with managing service agreements, dispatching, and team planning
