This Field Service Engineer role will support the Southern Florida (Miami) region and should sit within the region.

Build positive relationships with customers by providing quality support.

Provide first line technical support to customers and sales team.

Troubleshoot application and equipment issues.

Technical training bearing reliability, installation, lubrication, and products.

Provide on-site bearing inspections, failure analysis and reports.

Assist customers with bearing mounting and dismounting.

Support sales of products - bearings, tools, lubrication systems, condition monitoring equipment and services as member of field team.

Share and document critical customer bearing and application information with Industrial sales group, Industry Managers, and Product Line Managers.

Provide and log value-added services resulting in documented cost savings for customers.

Develop product expertise ability to present product features for solving application issues.

Develop industry expertise customer processes, equipment, and bearing applications.

Your Qualifications

Minimum 5 years maintenance or engineering experience in steel, mining, paper, wind, or similar heavy industries.

Independent and self-motivated with leadership abilities.

Ability to manage by influence.

Effective communicator listens to understand, oral, written and presentation skills.

Computer skills proficient in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn use new software.

Willing and able to travel 50% overnight as needed to support customers and sales team.

Ideal Image believes &quot;confidence changes everything,&quot; and its mission is to instill confidence by helping people look and feel their best…taking a holistic, personalized approach to health and wellness that works from the inside out.</p><p>The Company is developing a hybrid working environment projected to be 3 days in office and 2 days remote during the 2022 calendar year.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for providing field support/repair/preventative maintenance of medical laser equipment for the company's field locations.</p></li><li><p>Support includes installs, repairs, upgrades, relocation and/or removals as well as the ongoing actions to ensure the reliable, safe and efficient of operation of all company equipment.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates preventative maintenance schedules per manufacturer and company standards and maintains appropriate inventory of supplies and parts as required.</p></li><li><p>Ensures company provided tools and equipment is care for, maintained and safeguarded for efficient and effective utilization.</p></li><li><p>Site Support- This will include working on the Laser Support help desk and answer the request of existing centers to ensure that all centers are up to par and are meeting the Ideal Image brand standards. Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of all medical devices. Will be required to submit daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.</p></li><li><p>Corporate representation at new openings- This would include traveling and staying on site for the centers grand opening. Providing a corporate presence and assisting them in resolving any issues or questions that arise.</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Associates or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or realted field</p></li><li><p>Must have hands-on experience with high voltage</p></li><li><p>Must be able to travel 80% and willing to work on weekends and holidays as needed</p></li><li><p>Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-up skills</p></li><li><p>Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office suite, Internet Explorer, word processing, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Compelling interpersonal communications skills, influence skills, and rapport-building abilities</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate the ability to follow a task or request from initial start point to final solution.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate strong attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Able to track and report data in a manner that is clear and precise.</p></li><li><p>Able to adapt to change and be able to make logical decisions in a quick and timely manner.</p></li><li><p>Able to professionally negotiate and manage various vendors and processes simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Rapid learner with ability to grasp concepts and protocols associated with various computer systems</p></li><li><p>Must maintain a high attention to detail</p></li></ul><p>Vaccination against COVID-19 is required for all new hires unless they qualify for a remote, religious, or medical exemption.</p><br> Ideal Image Miami FL
