As a field service engineer, you are an important face of the organization.
You will participate with installation, repairs, and maintaining the equipment while adding value for the customer.
You will travel on-site for troubleshooting any issues our customer has with machinery. Prior to visiting any customer, you will receive important information related to improvement opportunities from your fellow Technical Support associates. This briefing will include any action or troubleshooting activities already taken with the customer in an attempt to address their needs.
Upon arrival at the customer's facility, you will meet with a primary contact and visit the equipment for evaluation and inspection.
Once you have identified any areas of concern or improvement, you will work collectively with the Technical Support team to develop a plan for correcting the issues. You will then confirm the necessary parts or tools needed prior to implementation.
