The main responsibility for this person will be the active "hands on" management and support of key accounts in Southwest United States. This person will be expected to be present and actively involved with the key customers in the region providing technical support, account management, applications support managing all aspects of the business.

Majority of this clients customers are in the oil/gas industry so this individual should have a technical background to be a great fit for this position. This position will include travel. 85% of travel will be in Texas & Houston (where 60% of this clients business comes from), the other 15% will be in Colorado, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and a few other states if necessary. All travel will be expensed and candidate will submit expense report for client to reimburse each month.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Act as critical inter-departmental conduit between Sales (including Customer Service) and Engineering and Operations for the design, development, manufacturing, delivery, and support of clients product with the goal of driving total customer satisfaction through fast and accurate responsiveness, lead times, OTD, pricing, margin, and application support. Develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts in support of Key accounts.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ERP experience advantageous

  • Ability to work/communicate with all levels of organizations, from machine operator to CEO Ability to travel domestic and international, must have valid drivers' license and valid Passport (which may include Trade shows, Service, Application support and machine commissioning.)
