Job Summary:

As a Field Service Coordinator , you provide administrative and reporting support to our field service territory operations. In this position, you play a critical role in assisting our General Managers, Territory Service Managers, and Technicians. Responsibilities include researching and responding to customer billing questions in coordination with AP/AR, handling A/R collections and issuing credit memos. You will manage territory vehicles, fuel cards, and assist in tracking parts and equipment orders.

What You'll Do...

• Respond to requests from the General Manager, Service Managers, and Technicians

• Research and respond to customer billing questions in coordination with AP/AR

• Handle A/R collections

• Issue credit memos

• Conduct first approvals of all invoices

• Maintain Customer Master records, maps, and update requests

• Assist Technicians in tracking parts and equipment orders

• Assist GM and TSM in generating service agreements and proposals and entering contracts into the portal

• Manage territory vehicles, fuel cards, GPS tracking, and interface with Fleet Company as needed

• Collect data and generate reports as directed

• Coordinate, unload, and inspect equipment shipment deliveries on-site as needed

• Comply with all applicable OHSA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies

• Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time

What You Need...

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Exceptional communication and ability to convey information appropriately

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to analyze data

• Experience with AS400 or other database software, preferred

• Proficient in the knowledge and use of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite Programs

Hourly Range: $19-$22
