Field Service Home Auditor – Healthcare Contract-to-Hire | Galleria Area Up to $16-$17/hour $100/wk stipend and standard mileage -company phone provided after training Join our team and make a difference We're seeking a dedicated Field Service Home Auditor to conduct on-site evaluations and develop personalized service plans for our healthcare clients. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate.

About the Role: As a Field Service Home Auditor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive on-site evaluations of client homes Developing tailored service plans based on evaluation findings Performing field visits as assigned and reporting daily to your supervisor Training and supervising attendants to deliver exceptional care Completing all necessary paperwork and submitting it within 48 hours of visits Qualifications: Two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university OR high school diploma or GED with one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based agency for each required year of college Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits: Competitive hourly rate Opportunity for career growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment
