Summary:

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Commercial Training for BD Diagnostic Systems.

The National Field Sales Trainer is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing a wide range of field sales training and development activities in support of the U.S. BD Diagnostics Organization.

This individual is responsible for:

  • Developing/ refining field based programs

  • Assessing sales and product skills and competencies

  • Assessing developmental needs of current sales representative

  • Providing training and development support to NON-ACUTE U.S. Field sales team

  • Coaching and directing the activities of newly hired sales specialists

Responsibilities:

  • Support National Sales Trainer during the orientation/training program for newly hired sales team members.

  • Implement Sales Associate Competency Model and other sales effectiveness programs for field-based associates.

  • Conduct assessments of skills, competencies, and needs of the new sales representative and provide feedback and coaching.

  • Communicate with front line management progress of new sales representative.

  • Partner with the marketing team to develop training and programs related to existing products and new product launches. Participate on Commercial Excellence planning teams and provide appropriate training and development guidance based on best practices.

  • Conduct assessments of skills, competencies, and needs of the existing sales team and design and implement programs for ongoing growth and development of sales associates.

  • Work with Sales Management to communication skill ability, progress and succ

  • Work cooperatively with the sales and marketing management teams to plan, organize, and execute regional and national sales initiatives.

  • Work cooperatively with the marketing department to meet short-term training needs associated with national trade shows and meetings and key conferences.

  • Domestic Travel up to 60 -70% of the time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from a four year college or university

  • Minimum of 3 years previous sales experience

  • Consistent demonstration of leading sales results

  • High level of competency in professional selling skills, account management and product knowledge

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively present to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences in a variety of formal and informal settings

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate and direct dialogue, discussions, training sessions or other related forms of verbal communication in a dynamic team setting.

  • Consistently demonstrate the ability work with and develop relationships within the physician office

  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to use interpersonal savvy to work all levels in the organization, to include but is not limited to, internal resources / teams

  • Demonstrated successful capital management and B2B knowledge and experience; includes demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer sales strategies

  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in the Point of Care market as well as working within Distribution models

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively within team settings

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively within team settings

  • Demonstrated Leadership abilities

  • Computer proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, iPad

As the Associate Licensing - Title Sales Operations, you will assist all drivers with maintaining legal plates on an ongoing basis. Additionally, this role helps drivers maintain the ability to remain legal and on the road during company transitions, employee moves etc. Duties & Responsibilities: * Facilitate the maintenance of a title through the life of the vehicle which may include: processing, buy lease backs, ownership transfers, title corrections, state to state transfers (retitling) and title follow up. * Follow Title Management Processing procedures when processing each type of transaction. This may also include title management projects where multiple units for one client are in need of processing and collaboration of employee and project team will be necessary to accomplish goals. * Establish and manage relationships with internal clients and with independent external agencies (tag agents, dealers) to facilitate the title transaction processing. * Assist other team members as needed with their assigned work to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved this is done by monitoring teamwork's queue based on assigned region and leveraging capacity where needed to assist in team goal. * Become a subject matter expert in assigned state for all titling functions. Qualifications: * 2 + years related business experience; prior claims or collection experience. * Strong problem solving and investigative research skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to partner with the Claims Negotiator and repair management. * Demonstrate ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make independent decisions. Excellent organization skills Proven customer service skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g.. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
