Field Sales Representative - Downhole

This is a full-time role as a Field Sales Representative at LUFKIN Don-Nan in Levelland, TX. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. This role will involve both in-person meetings in Midland, TX, and remote communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with assigned customers

• Track and communicate evolving market conditions, as well as customer and competitor plans.

• Create awareness of Lufkin Don-Nan's value and capabilities within the assigned territory and match those capabilities with customer needs.

• Attend industry, technical, and social functions to embed yourself in the industry and further Don-Nan/ Lufkin's brand.

• Stay informed on industry trends and practices, and customer operational and budgetary changes.

• Communicate the above information to management on a timely basis.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills

• Knowledge of oil & gas industry products and services

• Experience in B2B sales and account management

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

• Education and Training: High School education or equivalent. (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred)
