The company has more than 60 locations through which it distributes products, equipment and chemicals, and provides customers with other value-added services including equipment repair, equipment rental and education.

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and generating sales revenue through direct prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building. The role requires an initiative-taking, strategic thinker with the ability to close sales and expand the company's client base within established strategic account(s). The Field Sales Representative will manage customers branch relationship, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's account penetration in strategic customers portfolio.

  • Conduct market intelligence and analysis to identify new opportunity and work with national leadership to evaluate and implement that strategy.

  • Deliver recommendations to sales leadership based on historical sales data and field market assessments.

  • Daily Tasks

  • Take direction from strategic account leadership that defines strategic account program implementation.

  • Call on account locations with intent to implement and build revenue through an established dedicated strategic account channel.

  • Report out in a CRM tool the daily progress of your sales responsibilities and progress.

  • Build strong customer relationships that may be sustained through your career at Aramsco.

  • Provide customer training and product information support addressing inquiries and concerns.

  • Track and report out on sales performance metrics.

  • Consistent communication with sales team, acknowledging and incorporating feedback from teammates and leadership.

  • Desired Skill Set and Qualifications

  • Skillset in multitasking and prioritizing time sensitive requests from leadership

  • Ability to follow strategic account protocols and while growing revenue for that account.

  • Microsoft Office (basic functionality)

  • Persuasive mindset and negotiation skills

  • Effective and prompt communication skills

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative daily without supervision.

  • A keen eye for detail, and great organizational abilities

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within marketplace.

  • College Degree Preferred

  • 5 Years Sales experience, emphasis in Restoration and/or Professional Cleaning preferred.
