The Role:

This people leadership position is within the Pubs and Brewers channel, specifically managing a team in the North of England, North Wales, and Scotland. The primary focus is delivering brand distribution and volume growth targets for the region, whilst strategically defending our current share. This role offers the opportunity to coach, support, and develop individuals in the team whilst also enhancing your own leadership and communication skills. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing the commercial strategy for the area in line with the companies' ambitions.

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who aligns well with AB InBev's 10 principles, possesses exceptional knowledge of the On-Trade sector, handles commercial topics, and has a strong passion for developing and supporting others.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 10 individuals focused on personal development and target achievement.

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, consumer groups, and internal departments.

  • Understand and stay updated on industry insights and developments to empower and drive focus.

  • Responsible for growing distribution, volume, profitability, and brand experience across key Pub Co's (Stonegate, Greene King, Punch Pubs, Admiral Taverns, etc).

  • Manage the territory budget effectively.

  • Execute our people cycle and administrative duties (routine management).

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of brand execution at all times.

Who we're looking for:

  • University degree or equivalent (preferred but not necessary)

  • Entrepreneurial and passionate about customer-facing environments, beer, and the food industry.

  • Passion for people development and coaching.

  • Extensive beer training (internal or external) and experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., bar work, bar management, event management)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building and follow-up skills.

  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Very enthusiastic and motivated to make a difference

  • Computer proficiency, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint.

  • This role is field-based, so a current UK driving license is required,
