The Field Sales Manager (FSM) is responsible for cultivating new and fostering existing wireless/cellular retail partnerships, driving sales, leading strategic initiatives, and maximizing the client's brand presence in their assigned market. He/she will optimize results through superior sales and training support, ensuring store owners and sales personnel are equipped with the latest tools and information on the client's products/services/processes, and at times through consumer engagements/assisted selling. The FSM is also responsible for maintaining client brand standards regarding store merchandising and local marketing efforts.
Drive achievement of client business goals and program objectives
Collaborate with various client, client partner, and internal team members on business objectives and strategies - lead business objective and strategy delivery at individual stores and market level
Prospect for and close new business; sell in client's products/services and help ensure proper inventory levels are maintained
Keep store personnel up to date on all relevant program, processes and product/service information
Contribute to daily, weekly and monthly reporting/status updates on: results, business insights, wins, challenges, best practices, competitive intel etc.
Respond appropriately to changing client, program, team and organizational needs and requirements, with an ability to generate viable new approaches and solutions
Ensure merchandising/brand messaging (POP/Collateral) is current and prevalent in stores
Assist with organization of, and/or attend special events - engage directly with retail customers

Bachelor's degree preferred (Business or Marketing)
5-8 years sales experience in the wireless/cellular industry (of which 2 in prepaid highly preferred)
Outside sales experience in another industry may be substituted for up to 3 years of wireless industry sales experience
Deep understanding of the sales process
Skillful with numbers: data analysis, tracking of performance to targets, other metrics
Verifiable outside selling skills
Working knowledge of strategic marketing strategies including digital platforms
Demonstratable intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office 365 and G Suite by Google abilities (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams
Docs, Forms, Hangouts
Cloud based file hosting)
Proven collaboration with cross functional teams within a working environment
Impeccable oral and written communication skills

Work week - typically Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend activities and promotions; requires a minimum of 35 hours in field, plus home office planning/admin time.
