Role: Field Sales Executive - Technology - selling into existing Key Accounts
Based: Newcastle, North East
Salary: 70K+ per annum OTE, plus Car Allowance, Company Benefits & Personal/Career Development
Ricoh is a global technology business and through organic and acquisitive growth has built a sizeable multi-vendor IT services business in the UK, counting Microsoft, Cisco and Dell EMC as key vendors, alongside our traditional core services of Print; and we continue to push our ambitions of becoming a truly digital services company.
We are now looking to recruit a self-motivated, target driven IT Sales Executive to ultimately inject further growth into existing corporate accounts.
This position would suit a first/second-time job mover, looking to make an impact with a global company, which will offer fantastic long-term career progression and personal development opportunities.
Proactively identify, qualify, close and maximise business sales to grow annuity, profit and market share
Growing all lines of business within your assigned Ricoh accounts (technology & print solutions)
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Build effective relationships with key influencers and decision makers to help leverage future business activity
Generate new leads and pursue qualified leads
Manage customer data aligned to assigned accounts in line with Ricoh Sales systems
Accountable for all Ricoh Sales engagement within a designated customer whilst working collaboratively with sales specialists to help explore potential opportunities and growth
A hunger and desire to develop a career within the IT/Technology sales arena
Proven sales experience working within a targeted sales environment, in a field-based role (does not need to be from the technology sector, but you will be comfortable moving into this industry)
Good level of business acumen with the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
Solid negotiation / influencing skills
Self-motivation, results driven with a mindset for continuous development
