This position is responsible for maximizing sales growth in the territory through distribution and direct. We need a person who is a motivated self-starter who excels at working remotely.
Advocate for the needs of the customer base
Lead and manage sales activities
Provide technical solutions, support and assistance to the customer base
Provide customer feedback and needs to the organization to assist in the planning process
Cultivate relationships with industry partners to strengthen our position in the marketplace
Maintain all aspects of the product sales cycle
Utilize the Value Sell philosophy.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent industry experience; MBA a plus
Minimum 5 years successful Motion Control (electrical and/or mechanical) sales or marketing experience
Technical understanding of Thomson products and associated integrated products
Drive for continuous improvement
Excellent interpersonal, organization, computer, writing and presentation skill
