If you are looking for a rapidly growing company surrounded by a strong support group, WindowRama is the team for you Field Sales Consultant The Field Sales Consultant is responsible for completing various functions in order to complete a sale from the homeowner. These sales are conducted at the customer’s home.

The main objective of the Sales Person is to sell WindowRama products and the installation of said product and to ensure the accuracy of all paperwork submitted and to maintain a high quality of customer service. Essential Job Functions: Visiting the homes of our customers to sell our product line of windows, doors, and skylights as well as the installation of those products Follow up on all generated leads Schedule appointments to conduct in-home inspections to identify needs of the customer Travel throughout market area meeting with customers Measure windows and doors to collect accurate sizes for orders Enter all sales orders into our CRM Build and establish trusting relationships between our customers and WindowRama Ensure each customer receives exceptional service Participate in ongoing sales and product training Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Key Competencies:. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to problem-solve. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly. Ability to supervise and develop subordinate staff.

Ability to multitask, consistently meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong time management skills. Advanced use of Microsoft Office Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities Top performer who can instill pride of workmanship in self while also motivating team to excel Passionate about WindowRama and loves the brand Highly motivated, flexible, and positive, professional demeanor Required Education and Experience: 2-3 years of previous sales or industry experience Extensive product knowledge Ability to work well under pressure and achieve results Must have a valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance Ability to work flexible hours including some Saturdays, nights, and weekends Must be able to work 100% remote and have reliable transportation to and from appointments Physical Requirements: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
