Responsibilities of Field Safety Lead include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct all required safety inspections

• Keep our online safety sites up to date. (i.e. ISN, OSCA, AVETTA)

• Keep track of all safety assignments for all employees

• Update Excel spreadsheet and send out weekly and monthly progress emails

• Manage and reorder all PPE for technicians

• Manage and Schedule all refresher courses for technicians like MSHA and TWIC

• Manage the Fleet for all Districts

• Manage inventory levels and reorder office supplies when needed

• Work with the Service Manager and Controller to manage the ON-call and quarterly bonuses for all Technicians

• Manage the invoiced labor reports for all technicians

• Work with the Employee Development Manager to help set up and schedule trainings and company events

• Update employees training plans

• Help to manage the vacation calendar

Qualifications of the Field Safety Lead include, but are not limited to:

• Safety experience

• Efficiency with computers

• Background in Safety or related field

• 5+ years safety experience is a plus (Construction Industry, preferred)

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
