  • Responsible for recruiting qualified professions and sites (i.e. clinicians, practitioners, schools) via internet searches and call list.Solicit them to administer test revisions and collect data on a contract basis as an examiner and/or testing site.

  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and responding to email communication

  • Communicate knowledgeably about current and/or forthcoming projects to potential examiners/sites to elicit their participation in Field Research projects

  • Ensure examiners/sites who may have the required candidates are invited and encouraged to participate in projects

  • Responsible for completing tasks associated with recruiting and onboarding new examiners and sites including, but not limited to, developing recruiting materials such as emails and letters, making a high volume of phone calls, collecting site acknowledgement forms.

  • Build and maintain a relationship with examiners/sites to communicate project information (needs, assignments, etc.) clearly and effectively, and to ensure assignments are completed by the established deadline

  • Respond to all incoming correspondence within 1 business day, and record incoming and outgoing correspondence in appropriate database.

  • Able to meet/exceed goals on number of examiners/sites needed for each project

  • Work with examiners/sites to resolve any project-related issues, Questionable cases

  • Understand the sampling matrix and monitor testing progress of participants to determine if additional recruiting is needed.


  • Experience using Gmail Office Suite.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Customer service skills.

  • Marketing, customer service, psychology, sales or recruiting background.

  • Punctual

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritizeand multi-task.

  • Strong Interpersonal skills.

  • Self-Starter and Able to Work Independentlyand in teams.

  • Excels in changing, ambiguous environment.

  • Ability to manage timeframes and short deadlines.

Education Required:

  • Associates in communication, business management or administration, marketing, or human services

Experience Preferred:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or recruiting, or delivery of human services (e.g., counseling, intervention services, assessment administration)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Serves as a partner, interfacing with executive recruiters, executive hiring leaders (VP+) and candidates to facilitate and support the recruitment and interview process, with a keen focus on delivering efficiently with the utmost attention to detail. This includes partnering closely with Executive Assistants supporting the hiring leaders. Act as point of contact for, Executive Hiring Leaders, Executive Recruiters and Executive Candidates throughout the recruitment process and provides a Fanatical Experience each step of the way. Handle heavy, complex interview scheduling that may consist of international and offsite meetings as well as external video/telepresence conferencing. Partner with Executive Assistants and Executive Recruiters to ensure a great candidate experience. Serve as on-site host to high-profile candidates during in-person interviews. Coordinate travel needs and accommodations in a high touch capacity. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITY: Experienced at creating a high touch candidate experience and driving a complex recruiting process. Excellent organizational skills, integrity and great follow through. Uses detailed and effective communication skills to regularly exchange information, escalate issues and effectively share expertise within the team. Has developed specialized skills through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. Is skilled in a range of processes, procedures and systems to carry out assignments or has developed deep skills in a single area. Uses knowledge of how the team integrates with others to accomplish the team objectives. Leverages critical thinking skills to draw reasonable conclusions from a set of information and discriminate between useful and less useful details for solving a problem or making a decision. Independently make quick experience-based decisions that optimize candidate experience (common judgment calls include last minute interview changes. Work on special projects as needed. JOB COMPLEXITY: Maximize the effectiveness and success of the executive recruiters by managing and owning critical components of the executive recruiting process from end to end. Multi-task and prioritize time sensitive issues while maintaining a high level demeanor with candidates and colleagues. Components include items such as scheduling candidates, preparing interviewer guides/packages, assistance in preparing offers, etc. Manage logistics of recruiting process, including travel arrangements and expense reimbursement. Performs assignments under supervision and may make recommendations on process improvements or methods. Decisions impact the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of own team. Uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality as this coordinator will be privy to private and confidential information.
