You are a caring, intelligent, problem-solver with a history of shocking everyone in the room by your sheer awesomeness. When you're not helping our automotive customers find ways to sell more of their superior parts, you're working with the rest of our team on continuous disruption of an industry that is stuck a few decades in the past.

A typical day in your life may consist of an early rise followed by a hard run to prep your brain for another day of "what on earth do I do now?" Is this you? Then read on!

You speak eloquently. You can explain technical stuff to the non-technical. You're comfortable communicating in person, in writing, on the phone, and in a web conference. You understand the importance of capturing interactions and using data to help drive performance.

To be a good fit, you like working with a close-knit team who genuinely enjoy working together. You love helping people find their "a-ha moments." Working to "change the unchangeable" does not frustrate you. And you must love implementing change every day (after all, you'll be on the road 80% of the time!)

You hold an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related discipline. Don't have a degree? We also like considering people who attended the "School of Hard Knocks" and graduated top of the class!
