At the base responsibility level, the Field Performance Coach visits OEM Dealers to
1.Drive awareness of OEC Technologies and Automaker Competitive Pricing Programs
2.Increase overall parts sales through Performance Coaching of
a.Dealer parts staff to increase their ability to sell more parts using OEC Technologies as the vehicle
b.Dealer parts staff on creating targeted selling approach to increase sales volume to current customer base
c.Dealer Outside Sales staff on their overall customer approach
3.Work closely with OEM and Dealer partners to build cohesive team environments focused on selling more parts
4.Partner with Automaker Field Staff to increase overall awareness of how OEC Technologies help dealers sell more parts
You communicate clearly. You write well.
You speak eloquently. You can explain technical stuff to the non-technical. You're comfortable communicating in person, in writing, on the phone, and in a web conference. You understand the importance of capturing interactions and using data to help drive performance.
To be a good fit, you like working with a close-knit team who genuinely enjoy working together. You love helping people find their "a-ha moments." Working to "change the unchangeable" does not frustrate you. And you must love implementing change every day (after all, you'll be on the road 80% of the time!)
You hold an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related discipline. Don't have a degree? We also like considering people who attended the "School of Hard Knocks" and graduated top of the class!
