Our administrative processors work as a team to ensure that the location's varying operational needs are met. There is a heavy amount of paperwork processing throughout their workday, primarily using Microsoft Office applications and company-specific software. There is also a great deal of research, verification of data and use of critical thinking skills. The admin team seeks to provide an exemplary level of customer service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete all tasks as efficiently as possible
QC work completed by other members of the admin team, returning any work that needs correction
Review various administrative reports daily and take immediate corrective action to solve any issues
Facilitate the interment pouch process from start to finish, working with other departments as needed to correct issues
Update and maintain the location's records, logs and files
Process burial charts, ensuring all paperwork related to the interment is recorded accurately
Process payments using POS payment machines and post payment batches in the computer system
Process quitclaim paperwork, transfers of ownership and Certificates of Interment Rights
Process Accounts Receivable Adjustments, making modifications to electronic records accordingly
Work with counselors, arrangers and customers to conduct research, resolve issues, and give support as needed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
Experience
1 - 2 years of experience in an office clerical or customer service capacity required
Experience working in a customer-focused and fast-paced professional environment required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Working knowledge of office equipment including computers, calculators, copiers, printers, and fax machines at a level consistent with experience
MS Office Suite experience preferred
Basic mathematics skills required
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
High level of compassion and integrity
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Positive, can-do attitude
Strong understanding of administrative SOP and company policies
Strong interpersonal skills, able to build a team relationship with fellow co-workers
Self-driven, with the ability to see what needs to be done and take independent action

Compensation:
Salary: $16.85/hr.- $18.60/hr.
An individual's pay within the scale is based on several factors that may include one or more of the following: background, skills, relevant experience, performance, education and work location.
