Overview As a Field Merchandising Specialist at Coborn's Inc., you'll be the driving force behind our eye-catching displays!

You will use your creativity and planogram implementation skillset to coach, guide, and train our Store Leaders on how to best display products and attract guests to our stores!

This position requires daily travel to the North Dakota Coborn's Inc. store locations. Requirements Addition Duties Include: Coach, train and mentor Inventory Control Managers (ICMs) and Assistant Store Directors at assigned stores on various stocking/planogram implementation and maintenance.

Assist with proper shelf stocking basic training. Monitor weekly Homestore Team projects for locations in geographical areas. Conduct Homestore audits, ensuring accuracy and performance on planogram implementation.

Act as a point of contact for Homestore Team employees. Design and execute shelf placement, product mix and store-level strategies that maximize the performance of key brands at retail for four demographic areas through analysis of product performance. Perform planogram maintenance, new item cut ins, discontinue removal, and planogram refreshes for assigned categories following the Category Review Calendar Evaluate product performance, product and brand share, and planogram space to sales performance and provide recommendations on how to drive sales of key brands.
