Description:The Field Merchandising Representative (FMR) is an entry level position which will be in support of the Route Sales employees and gain experience, as directed by management.

Below is a list of some duties:Merchandising:Pull ups of a list of stores furnished by management. Schematics Adhering to all plan-o-grams and merchandising products.Selling:Cover routes temporarily (up to and including workers Comp/disability) Solicit store managers for secondary displays in support of Company programs being offered at that time, with prior approval of sales management.Solicit new stores for service, with prior approval of sales management.Selling & conducting demos, with prior approval.Selling & conducting events (e.g. grand opening giveaway), again with prior approval.Miscellaneous:Packing out any back room stock.Delivering relays and setting up displays. Other duties, as directed by management provided they do not conflict with contractual provisions.

Position Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.Ideal candidate will possess: 3-5 years of related experience in DSD or direct sales. A combination of training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.

Previous experience in route sales is a plus. Demonstrate passion to achieve results and work well with others. Strong motivation to build customer relationships and achieve Route Sales Professional and company goals.

Excellent customer service abilities required and account management skills a plus. Strong work ethic; able to work independently Ability to professionally communicate with external and internal customers Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills.

Computer skills and proficiency is required. A valid drivers license is required. Must be able to obtain and retain a DOT medical card.

Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds on a regular basis, as well as routinely enter and exit a delivery vehicle. It's an opportunity to do your life's best work.SM The Senior Customer Service Representative provides primary client interface on accounts, including negotiations with physicians and / or designated office management, CEOs and CFOs. Lead communication role to leadership, including direct engagement with Managing Directors, Sales Directors, and other relevant staff. Research is needed for all billing issues in order to respond and resolve disputes timely and while providing client satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities: * Answer high volume of calls (50 plus a day) on an ACD line from clients, regarding disputes, credit card payments, pricing and other general concerns on a daily basis * Make out-bound calls to clients, Sales, Account Managers, Quest labs and other internal customers with information to help escalate billing issues in a timely resolution * Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers (e.g., provide a good first impression, command attention and respect, maintain professional tone, demonstrate confidence, de-escalate/defuse customers as needed) * Manage internal customer service mailbox requests within 5-7 business days * Research and resolve correspondence from paper, fax, email or phone call * Work all correspondence batches in date order following the timeline for completion * Use effective communication within the team to ensure consistent coverage of duties such as, staffing for phones, adhering to set lunch schedule for phone coverage, and managing of internal and external mailboxes * Work directly with the Collection Coordinators to process adjustments, manual sales and refunds for accurate invoicing * Perform all aspects of research needed to take place for accurate billing resolution which includes but is not limited to, working mail returns, pulling chain of custody forms, requesting check pulls from Cash, reviewing account activity and previous notes in billing system * Be the liaison for having direct contact with clients, Quest labs, Accounts Payable, Sales Reps, Account Managers, local Quest standard business units and Quest non-standard business units on behalf of clients with billing issues * Work directly with the ES Business Unit to educate them on billing practices and protocols for accurate communication to clients * Thorough navigation of both Quest Billing System and the Billing Web is needed to handle requests * Ensure accurate follow-up is being made on the status of disputes being handled outside the team * Follow Quest and Optum 360's guidelines and SOP's * Follow Compliance and HIPAA regulations at all times * Assist Collectors with collection of small balances * Maintain average speed of answer and backlog days for correspondence * Ability to meet production and quality standards set forth by the department Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma / GED (or higher) * 2 years of experience providing customer service over the phone in a high-volume call center environment * Must be able to manage a high call volume (50 a day) * Prior healthcare experience * Microsoft Excel experience (creating and editing spreadsheets) * Microsoft Word experience (creating and editing documents) * Ability to work in the office 1001 Adams Ave, Norristown, Pennsylvania 19403 Preferred Qualifications: * Healthcare medical billing experience * Revenue cycle billing experience * Medical collections experience is a plus * Prior customer service experience in a healthcare related field * Knowledge of billing/finance and eligibility processes, practices and concepts Soft Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated problem solving skills * Good organizational skills * Ability to multi-task, including the ability to type while talking on the phone * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to work overtime as needed, based on department needs * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to meet production and quality standards quota * Ability to handle other projects as assigned Physical Requirements and Work Environment: * Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands / fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer * Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity Careers with Optum360.
