What to Expect:

The Field Marketing Specialist designs, develops, and manages innovative initiatives for all Brand Experiences within the POOLCORP house of brands.

The Field Marketing Specialist works closely with the Sr. Manager of Planning & Events, Marketing Project Manager, and onsite Operations teams to strategically execute innovative, exciting, experience-driven solutions to achieve goals & objectives, and improve profitability.

Daily, the Field Marketing Specialist will support marketing brand standard execution and development of project initiatives, including project management and administrative work, as well as marketing communications. The Field Marketing Specialist will partner closely with the Marketing Team and other Corporate Functional Teams to ensure initiatives are implemented properly by tracking tasks, managing communication, and coordinating field implementation. Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally with a variety of teams, both internal and external is paramount to the success of this role.

On a daily basis the Field Marketing Specialist:

• Designs branch showroom layouts that maximize the Brand Experience & Sales opportunities.

• Works with the construction team to manage marketing initiatives for new, remodel or move branch projects.

• Creates and refresh planogram programs for all POOLCORP product lines.

• Develops & communicate structured programs for the field to follow & execute.

• Serves as the point of contact for all field marketing request.

• Implements marketing programs with operations or product management teams.

• Works closely with the operations team to maintain program & brand standards.

• Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing and evaluating content in support of internal and external communications.

• Manages brand trade show booth experience and facilitates onsite logistics for National & Regional Trade Show events to ensure proper implementation, monitors program performance, and solicits feedback.

• Frequent travel is required.

What you will need:

• A minimum of 2-4 years of marketing experience with visual merchandising experience and a proven record of success and effective performance.

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or management is preferred.

• A creative and strategic thinker with great time management skills and self-discipline to ensure projects are initiated & completed in a timely manner.

• Expert project management skills, with the ability to multi-task while maintaining quality of work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment with internal and external partners.

• Excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking, and interaction skills both written & verbal.

• Must be able to efficiently use MS Office products including PowerPoint, Visio and Planogram programs to accomplish work tasks.

• A positive, can-do attitude with a deep desire to constantly improve and grow the team.
