Field Marketing Specialist

The Field Marketing Specialist will join Marathon Health's field marketing team to develop and coordinate Marathon Health's marketing and engagement strategy in the Midwest region of the U.S. Must live in Midwest region of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan or Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic marketing efforts to drive patient engagement for designated book of business

• Foster relationships with key strategic partners to promote Marathon Health services and drive engagement

• Coordinate on-the-ground activities to support health center launch and ongoing engagement efforts in Midwest to patients and their covered family members

• Create and support ongoing series of events in key local markets to engage patients - including in-person, virtual and grassroots events

• Create content for engagement materials

• Analyze data and prepare monthly reports on client engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams to reach engagement goals

• Lead local grassroots social media efforts to position local health centers, practice staff, events and special promotions

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing

• Local market expertise of Midwest region

• Healthcare marketing experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication or related field

• Ability to articulate and present plans with confidence to senior level clients and comfortable interacting with members/patients

• Strong execution capability with a focus on driving results

• Highly analytical and strategic consultative teammate who can plan and execute

• Ability to think outside the box and innovate with creative marketing strategies

• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities with cross-functional teams

• Collaborative team player who can build relationships and work productively with cross-functional teammates

• Labor union knowledge a plus

• Must live in Midwest region of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan or Wisconsin

• Up to 30% travel throughout these Midwest states
