Zeta is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join the marketing team as a Field Marketing Manager.
This person will be primarily responsible for planning, developing and executing against industry partnerships as well as well as events and digital programs to drive pipeline generation and acceleration. The Field Marketing Manager will work closely with creative, content, digital marketing, sales, and product marketing to deliver solution and vertical focused customer campaigns that meet sales and marketing goals and targets, are accomplished with excellence, and within budget through effective management of timelines, resources, and process.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple end-to-end regional, industry and account based live and virtual events and programs on schedule, within budget and with excellent attention to detail including: webinars, conferences, roundtables, and customer marketing campaigns as needed.
Maximize impact by leading strategic positioning and execution of activities before, during and after campaigns in partnership with cross-functional marketing stakeholders as well as field sales.
Develop field event and/or program strategy and execution plan with detailed task list and track through completion using project management tool including assignment of tasks to others and following up with them to ensure that the tasks are completed on time.
Optimize programs for success; tracking all aspects of program execution to prescribed metrics, and analyzing results to track return on investment in partnership with marketing operations.
Ensure leads are uploaded to CRM system in a timely fashion and assigned to sales, followed up by sales development reps, and monitor lead conversion progress.
Manage external relationships (vendors, venues, agencies, and media partners) effectively as needed to ensure maximizing all opportunities to ensure maximum yield from investment.
Be an advocate for the field sales teams you support and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities. Develop specific tactics, offers and messages required to hit pipeline goals.
Other duties as assigned to support demand generation and customer marketing initiatives.
BA/BS degree with 3-5+ years field marketing experience.
Successful track record of delivering, accelerating, and expanding enterprise B2B sales pipeline through partner, trade, and regional customer marketing.
ABM and vertical marketing experience is highly preferred.
Exemplary communication skills. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and organized, able to meet deadlines.
Experience creating and reporting on marketing campaigns using Salesforce.com.
Ability to initiate and execute multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
Familiarity with B2B martech sales cycle, and how to structure marketing programs to nurture leads, progress opportunities, and accelerate closing.
Strong written and verbal skills. Experience developing thought leadership for the martech industry is a major plus.
Future travel across parts of North America as needed for regional campaigns, once travel returns.
