Responsibilities:

  • Liaises with internal management to understand desired objectives of marketing activities

  • Reviews the marketing plan and executes accordingly

  • Works collaboratively with segment marketing to ensure timely execution of campaigns

  • Oversees the logistics and coordination of events, seminars, conferences and tradeshows and providing on-site support at events where necessary

  • Develop digital strategies and email campaigns to support the lead generation campaigns and retention programs.

  • Writes and edits invitations and other supporting marketing materials. Customises or repurposes original material for use in different industry areas or geographic regions

  • Acts as a liaison with external service providers such as, event suppliers, agencies, trade bodies or design firms

  • Measures and monitors campaign metrics and ROI and creates reports to monitor success of activities in coordination with the team

  • Assists in the development of policies and procedures with regard to entry, assignment, and ownership of leads. Alerts senior management regarding the status of leads

  • Monitors Wolters Kluwer web sites for internal and external audiences

  • Other Duties: Interacts with clients at events and represents the Compliance Solutions business division as well as the company positively. Behaves professionally and understands the business sufficiently to set realistic client and stakeholder expectations. Escalates problems/issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Education: University Degree in related discipline (Marketing, Business, Communications)
  • Experience: 2+ years including related experience in the high-tech industry (ideally with global financial services software), or investment and insurance institutions, including pre-sales, consulting, or product marketing
  • U.S. travel required -- approx. 15%.
