About the role As part of our continued growth, Trustpair is seeking a US Field Marketing Manager to join our team in NYC. Playing a crucial role in bridging the gap between marketing and sales, you'll craft and execute marketing strategies in the US that align with our evolving business objectives. Our Field Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness and lead generation, which will accelerate the sales pipeline within our North American market.
This position is open to candidates based in NY state, with at least one day in office per week. What you'll do: Event Planning and Execution Local Events Benchmark : Monitor all local events related to our industry and align with the Central Marketing Team on which events to add to Global Roadmap Lead Generation Events:
Organize and execute events (e.g. trade shows, conferences) aimed at generating leads and driving pipeline Local and Regional Event Coordination: Ensure that all events align with the company’s goals and messaging while adapting strategies to fit the US market Community Engagement and Brand Advocacy Community Events : Plan & host community appreciation events with local partners, customers, prospects and business players PR: Manage PR agency on a weekly basis to increase brand awareness and position as an expert on local trends Influencer Engagement:
Work with local influencers and brand advocates to amplify the company’s message and strengthen relationships with target audiences Partner Marketing Initiatives: Manage local marketing co-initiatives with key partners (Tier 1 software integrators, advisory firms, etc.) to co-host events, webinars, and other marketing activities Campaign Development and Execution Localized Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement targeted field marketing campaigns that resonate with the needs and culture of the US market Outbound campaigns:
Partner with sales to create personalized outreach on specific territories/persona/industries and sync with the European team to setup cold outreach Email marketing: Produce marketing emails tailored to the American market, taking into account cultural, linguistic, and business-specific nuances Content Localization: Work with the central marketing team to adapt global content for local markets, ensuring relevance and cultural fit Local Market Research and Competitive Analysis Market Intelligence:
Continuously gather insights on local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies Trend Spotting: Use market research to identify emerging opportunities and threats and adjust campaigns or messaging accordingly Competitor Benchmarking: Analyze competitor events, campaigns, and tactics to stay ahead in the market Cross-Functional Collaboration Product Marketing Collaboration:
Work with the central marketing team to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with the product roadmap and market needs Feedback Loops: Provide feedback from the field to central marketing and product teams to improve messaging, campaigns, and product development Coordination with Marketing Operations: Ensure that all activities are measurable, properly tracked in CRM systems, and reported accurately for future optimizations What’s in it for you
