Field Marketing Manager
This position travels 90% of the time.
The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) develops and implements marketing and visual merchandising.FMM employs key visual merchandising strategies through training and working with a team of retail and marketing counterparts to fully implement initiatives consistent with Morrison Marketing Retail Plans. The FMM also provides leadership and guidance for field operations This includes on-site support of retail openings and retail training initiatives. The Field Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Director of Retail with Morrison Healthcare.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Project Manager in renovation plans as needed
New Account Openings
Assess retail operation and develop new account retail opening plan
Retail Marketing Champion (RMC) Leadership
Evaluate Performance of RMCs through audits that include:
Work with operations to identify new RMC candidates
Conduct retail training sessions for retail managers on a variety of topics that may include:
New concepts and promotions
Attend and present Retail Marketing strategies at regional meetings.
Increase Retail Unit participation of Business Partner Promotions through the implementation My Marketing Plan and compliance reporting.
Support the development and implementation of culinary and marketing standards for all retail operations.
Five + years' experience in restaurant marketing, merchandising and/or retail sales.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business or sales.
Consumer oriented with a proven marketing background.
Must have valid driver's license.
Must be able to travel 90+%
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
