Job Summary

Field Marketing Manager

This position travels 90% of the time.

The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) develops and implements marketing and visual merchandising.FMM employs key visual merchandising strategies through training and working with a team of retail and marketing counterparts to fully implement initiatives consistent with Morrison Marketing Retail Plans. The FMM also provides leadership and guidance for field operations This includes on-site support of retail openings and retail training initiatives. The Field Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Director of Retail with Morrison Healthcare.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Renovation Support

  • Support Project Manager in renovation plans as needed

  • New Account Openings

  • Assess retail operation and develop new account retail opening plan

  • Retail Marketing Champion (RMC) Leadership

  • Evaluate Performance of RMCs through audits that include:

  • Work with operations to identify new RMC candidates

  • Market Intelligence

  • Training

  • Conduct retail training sessions for retail managers on a variety of topics that may include:

  • New concepts and promotions

  • Regional Support

  • Attend and present Retail Marketing strategies at regional meetings.

  • Increase Retail Unit participation of Business Partner Promotions through the implementation My Marketing Plan and compliance reporting.

  • Support the development and implementation of culinary and marketing standards for all retail operations.

  • Administrative

  • Manage SG&A.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Five + years' experience in restaurant marketing, merchandising and/or retail sales.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business or sales.

  • Consumer oriented with a proven marketing background.

  • Must have valid driver's license.

  • Must be able to travel 90+%

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs

Role Description Our Customer Lifecycle Architects (CLA) are the perfect balance of tech savvy and visionary leaders, who mentor and shape the understanding of BMC Software's Digital Business Automation (Control-M) solutions within their accounts. As such, their primary objective will be to drive the adoption and accelerated expansion of our DBA solutions within the target clients so that BMC can increase overall revenue within those accounts through increased software licensing and Professional Services engagements. Additionally, the CLA will work to identify and neutralize potential threats to the Control-M install base within their accounts. Each CLA will be assigned up to five accounts within their geographic region, where they will serve as a Trusted Advisor to the client stakeholders and the business teams that they support To be a successful CLA, you'll need to be comfortable speaking to all levels of the customers organization from technical users, department managers, business stakeholders and up to C-level executives. If you have experience of leading by example, value-based selling, producing excellent reports, demo's, submitting records on time and consistently being counted on by the organization, then this role is for you.
