We are looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Assist with clean-up and regular audits of Align Doc Locator

• Update content management system as needed

• Assist the Director of Field Marketing with preparing information or presentations related to budgets

• Ensure Upshow devices within Division are active. Reach out to teams who are inactive, processing orders, working with local field team to ensure relevant local content is active.

• Attend marketing meetings, compile meeting notes and distribute to attendees

• Assist Marketing Managers with various projects including presentation preparation

• Provide proofing support for direct mail content

• Assist with opt-ins including but not limited to planning, aligning with operations on deadlines, quarterly cadence to check-in

• Assist with reviewing print vendor invoices

• Provide support for all doctor transitions ensuring all parties know when changes are happening to ensure website and patient management system are updated in a timely manner

• Partner with Brand team coordinator to ensure both functions are working congruently on each project

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred

• One (1) year of experience in a marketing operations support position required

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat

• Intermediate written and oral communication skills
